PURPOSE:Managing LATAM Distributors processes under the established lead-times, and compliance in order to comply with the business KPIs. Managing and administrating: 3PL Communication, Infor Nexus follow up, Reporting to Business & dedicated collaboration with Distributors. Managing Brazil’s Inbound Operations and KPI’s.KEY METRICS:- On Time Execution and follow up of LATAM Distributors Orders.- Accountable of compliance of Distributors’ OTIF.- Compliance of MTM for Brazil.- Compliance of OTIF for Brazil.- KPI’s related to Imports and Exports for Brazil.- Responsible of execution, track and trace of Distributors TPO’s.- Accountable of resolution of any discrepancy with Distributors TPO’s.- Ensuring on time pick up of TPO’s.- Responsible of post-shipment follow up.- Control of milestones and reports in Infor Nexus for TPO’s.- Optimizing operations and processes.- Compliance of HOD Event into Levi systems to generate the appropriate documents at SAP.- Ensure efficiency of Logistics operations and cost optimization.- Responsible of Management of Logistics Providers.- Ensures implementation and/or compliance of Logistics Global and Local guidelines.- Follow-up of Provider’s performance and compliance of KPI’s: Carriers.- Responsible of coordinating shipments & customs clearance for Brazil.- Responsible to update the business about any changes on laws that impact Logistics.- Responsible of coordinating MBR with Logistics Providers.- Executing interchange of information with the Global Logistics team (Infor Nexus deviations, Data Quality)- Responsible of Communication to main stakeholders when required: CIM, CSC, Finance, Marketing, Brand Environment, Trade Compliance, accordingly.LOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
