**Locations**:- Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, Colonia Nueva Castilla, General Escobedo, Nuevo Leon 66052 Mexico- Circuito Parque Industrial, 709 Manz/Lote 2-2A, Parque Industrial Morelia, Morelia, Michoacan 58200 Mexico**Salary**: $14,000 - $16,000**Work hours**: M-F 7:30am - 5:30pmOVERVIEW:Working as Full-Time Sourcing Specialist, you will research and complete formal Requests for Quotes (RFQ's). Completing these RFQ's requires you to understand and interpret customer prints and work closely with sales, engineering, quality, suppliers/manufacturers and customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Researching and completing formal Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) from some of Fastenal Company's largest current and potential customers- Working closely with the following groups: Fastenal Sales Teams, Fastenal Product Development Teams, Manufacturers and Customers- Working on a team that is focused on MRO or OEM partsREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Work independently as well as in a team environment- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork- o Ability to speak fluent Spanish and EnglishPREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:- Possess or are working towards a Business related degree- Prior experience in sales or a related industry- Prior experience working with industrial products- Possess a valid United States VisaABOUT US:Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with approximately 3,200 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
