As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.- Administrates Account specific databases and sales price lists- Supports Account Management department in data preparation for internal and external stakeholders -after alignment and agreement of scope- Checks the maintenance of the sales prices in databases, e.g. FORS, SIGIP, SAP, and the monthly reports on the production costs of the product groups - transfer prices- Supports Account management in Change Management by collecting calculation data, preparing offers in line with Account specific business parameters and maintaining price history- Supports in TRM -Trade Receivable Management- process via analysis of price differences, deductions, non payments and reminders in cooperation with Account Management and Customer Billing- Prepares the creation of invoicing form and credit notes- Prepares Non Production Sales, Aftermarket and Sample Offers- Receives, validates and tracks orders- Maintains price agreements, comparison of prices, follow-up of price complaints- Responsible for supporting sample orders and 2nd tiers - offers, orders, price maintenance- Starts the creation of new customers and checks and applies for credit lines for new customers and carries out the corresponding annual adjustments and checks**Qualifications and Experience**:Required Qualifications:- Proficiency in data management and analysis- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, FORS)- Strong customer support and account management skills- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities- Fluency in English (C1 level)Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of sales planning and tools- Experience in issue resolution and problem reporting- Familiarity with database systems and reporting tools**Benefits**:We are looking forward to meet you**Interested?**:People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.Ernesto Reyes
