**Job Description Summary**: Evaluate and enhances current operational systems, monitoring performance to achieve goals and analyze operational effectiveness to direct and manage activities.**Duties and** **Responsibilities**:- Support the Site leader in the development of site strategy.- Ensure daily operations run efficiently, effectively, and safely.- Using logic and data, identify issues, analyze their root causes, make recommendations to address them, and develop and implement corrective action plans.- Ensures that Operations activities are performed under GMP’s and meet the regulatory, quality, labor and EHS guidelines.- Responsible for the development, administration, and controls the department's budget. Monitors operations expenses, material/labor and product variances and initiates effective cost control practices to ensure efficient use of all resources (people, materials, equipment).- Identifies need for capital initiatives and prepares business cases to meet projects Ensures successful implementation of approved Capital & CTW’s projects in alignment with company initiatives and department objectives.- Acts as a change leader in their area; actively coaching and developing their people managers to strengthen both individual capabilities and the team’s ability to provide value to customers.- Uses performance management, people development, talent planning and other processes to lead, empower, develop and retain individuals as well as cross-functional teams to capitalize on their potential for achieving results.- Promotes an environment values a diverse and inclusive work force, full understanding and compliance of BD Code of Conduct, BD Way philosophy and execute the BD People leader expectations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA preferably.- Lean and Six Sigma Certification is desired.- +5 years of experience in the manufacturing, medical regulated industry preferred.- Experience supporting regulatory inspections.- Strong interpersonal skills, capable to meet deadlines.- Proficient in Spanish and English languages is required.**Primary Work Location**: MEX Reynosa**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
