Your tasks- Responsible for Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in BE area.- Coordinate and manage a group of engineers and technicians by establishing objectives, goals, strategies, plans and work methods.- Coordination of training for engineers and maintenance technician.- Definition standards, processes and methods for Maintenance structure.- Define activities, control the progress, ensure fulfillment and execution of the tasks assigned to his group to achieve Maintenance targets (Downtime machine, MTTR, MTBF) in order to guarantee the customers goals are met and exceed your expectations.**Profile**:- Bachelor degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering- 5+ years in Automotive industry / Electronic industry- 5+ year of experience in Maintenance department (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive).- 5+ years of experience as a group leader or manager role.- 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating technicians.- 3+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams.- Advanced English- Problem solving- TPM knowledge- Shift role availability- Team work, be self motivated, clear and effective communication skills, well organized ,teamwork skills**Offer**:In Continental we are committed to an inclusive and non-discriminatory culture, we will never require a HIV or pregnancy test as a part of our selection process.About usContinental desarrolla tecnologías y servicios vanguardistas para la movilidad sostenible e interconectada de personas y bienes.
