Your tasks- Ensure the availability of equipment of process and facilities, sustaining the operation in optimal conditions keeping the best time and cost ratio.- Develop, design, create, innovate, operate and maintain the management of maintenance systems in production processes and facilities.- Responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring maintenance KPIs in accordance with annual objectives set by management.- Responsible for the group of electrical maintenance engineers.- Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.- Make a depth analysis in case a failure occurs & follow up on closing countermeasures to prevent recurrence.Your profile- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic y Mechanical Engineering or other specialist relative (Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, etc.).- Advanced English- Experience:- Preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance- Automotive Industry- Leadership- Reporting- Continuous Improvement- LOTO & High-Risk Task (safety)- Knowledge:- ISO 40001 & 9000- Problem Solving- Core Tools- Automation (PLC, HMI, Sensors, Motors, VFD, Control Card, etc.)- Failures Deep Analysis- Mechanical & Power Tools- CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia)- SAP PM- Our offerAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
