This role is responsible for managing sales a marketing functions for Hamilton Beach Brands’ Mexico business.**Responsibilities of the position include**:- Lead all SalesTeam efforts to ensure sales and margin objectives are met or exceeded- Responsible for shipment and POS analysis, forecasting, definition and implementation of sales strategies; P&L ownership by customer; establishing and executing sales calendars and processes; and team management- Lead all Marketing Team efforts including marketing strategies planning and execution; identification of market opportunities, product development; promotional implementation and control; POS support activity and brand development- Lead efforts related to Customer Service, including forecast control and on-time fulfillment, minimize risk of inventory excess, maximize all KPI’s associated to customer service- Lead efforts related to market and consumer intelligence including research needs, internal communication flow of market/consumer data & information, integration of information to generate call-to-action programs and maximization of category management and advisory to key customers; generate fact-based platforms for short- and long-term planning; meet or exceed customer expectations with whom we partner for category management/advisor- Ensure accurate and timely key account controls and administration tools in the areas of coops & advertising, spending management and reconciliation, terms and conditions, receivables, and improper charges- Develop Plan, Plan updates, and LRFF goals by brand, category, and customer including OP goals by business units and customer- Communicate results and strategies to Senior Management- Ensure strong communication internally and externally to improve operational execution**The basic qualifications of the position include**:- A 4-year degree in Sales Management; Business or Marketing Management or a related field; formal training in Finance is desired- At least 8 years of Strategic/senior sales and or marketing positions for a large multi-national company, including all elements of P&L; must show demonstrated ability to integrate, coordinate, and drive teams to perform successfully- At least 10 years of solid business experience and knowledge in successfully partnering with key mass retailers in the Mexican marketplace at a senior management level; must show demonstrated abilities in the areas of strategic business planning and controls- Must have a work history that supports being a self-driven individual who can work independently and report successfully at high levels- Exceptional written and verbal English language communication skills- Strong presentation, and analytical skills are required- Proven computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite**Director de Ventas y Mercadotecnia - México**En Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., diseñador, comercializador y distribuidor líder de pequeños electrodomésticos y electrodomésticos comerciales, nuestra cultura es de trabajo arduo, comportamiento ético y trabajo en equipo.
