In this role, you will support the US Talent Acquisition team by ensuring the proper implementation and compliance of Talent Network initiatives, KPI reports, Talent Network scorecard etc. You will provide support through the entire recruiting process from initial requisition all the way to the on-boarding stage. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and inside knowledge with how a talent attraction team works within a large, global semiconductor company**In your new role you will**:- Responsible for general administrative support for the US Talent Attraction team.- Facilitate the internal employee referral program.- Generate various reports, such as recruiting KPI’s, requisition reports and other ad hoc data.- Assist with the creation of presentations for the Talent Acquisition leadership team.- ATS and sourcing team metrics administration.**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:- 2+ years of work experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or related administrative experience.- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business administration or related.- Background experience in Data reports analytics, dashboard creation.- Good organizational skills; detail oriented.- Excellent customer service skills- Excellent communication skills - Proficient in oral and written English 90%- Excellent knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office tools.
