Atlanta's fastest growing 3rd party collections agency, is seeking a Collection Manager for our Marietta location. **Sequium Asset Solutions**, a H.E.R.O (Highly Effective Recovery Operation) has engineered the most sophisticated and technologically advanced collections program in the entire industry....turning results into monthly bonus paymentsResponsibilities include but are not limited:Monitoring and driving the collection floor, as well as deliver collector training, monitoring of supervisors and implementing company policies and procedures. Resolves problems and makes recommendations for improving account handling processes.*****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Management and supervision of an assigned collection groupLeadership of their individual assigned collection groupProficiency in the art of collecting moneyResponsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff's negotiation, tasking, and talk off skillsResponsible in for all administrative tasks as needed for groupResponsible to aid their Director of Operations in enforcing company policiesResponsible in presenting a professional demeanor and attitude at all time to the collection staff**Job Requirements**Employee must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skillsMust be competitive and goal drivenMust be detail orientatedMust have strong analytical skills and diligent with assigned tasksMust be technology literate, computer skills are necessaryMust be promptMust be self confident, motivating, and disciplinedExcellent verbal & communication skills required**We offer**: Paid Training, competitive salary with monthly bonus opportunity, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k.EOE M/F/V/D b/g check, drug screening req.**Sequium, Paying For Performance
