Mexico's fastest growing 1st and 3rd party collections agency, is seeking a Collection Unit Manager for our Monterrey, Mexico location.**Segoso Mexico**, a H.E.R.O (Highly Effective Recovery Operation) has engineered the most sophisticated and technologically advanced collections program in the entire industry....turning results into monthly bonus paymentsResponsibilities include but are not limited:Monitoring and driving the collection floor, as well as deliver collector training, monitoring and implementing company policies and procedures. Resolves problems and makes recommendations for improving account handling processes.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Leadership of their individual assigned collection group- Management and supervision of an assigned collection group- Proficiency in the art of collecting money- Responsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff's negotiation, tasking, and talk off skills- Responsible in for all administrative tasks as needed for group- Responsible to aid their Director of Operations in enforcing company policies- Responsible in presenting a professional demeanor and attitude at all time to the collection staff**Job Requirements**- Employee must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills- Must be competitive and goal driven- Must be detail orientated- Must have strong analytical skills and diligent with assigned tasks- Must be technology literate, computer skills are necessary- Must be prompt- Must be self confident, motivating, and disciplined- Excellent verbal & communication skills required- No write ups for attendance or performance**We offer**:- Paid Training- Hourly pay + monthly bonus- Paid Time Off- Pantry Vouchers or Major Medical Insurance after 3 months- Law benefits (aguinaldo, vacations etc).- You can take vacations after 6 months.- Checks, drug screening required.Segoso, We Offer a Career, Not Just a Job
