Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**- Resolve discrepancies in payment processing and remittance reconciliation.- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of cash management systems and tools.- Support fraud detection efforts and contribute to prevention strategies through monitoring and escalation procedures.**Educational Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.- Intermediate / Fluent English**Skills**:**Finance and Accounting**:- Understands financial reporting and accounting principles.- Contributing to accurate reconciliation and compliance.**Decision Making & Critical Thinking**:- Analyze operational challenges.**Managing Multiple Priorities**:- Effectively balances daily operations with project work.- Adapt to shifting priorities without compromising quality.**Partnering for Clients' Success**:- Engage internal and external clients to understand their financial workflows.- Deliver tailored cash management solutions.**Fraud Detection & Prevention**:- Identify potential fraud risks- Expert in cash management, treasury operations, or accounts receivable.- Familiarity with global payment formats (e.g., ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers)- Proven track record in improving cash flow accuracy and reducing unapplied cash**Additional Information**- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon- Don’t forget to include a resumé in your profile in Workday**Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
