At Carrier, we see possibilities in everything.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or, Accounting. MBA, CTP, CPA, CFA (a plus, but not required)- 7+ years of experience in Treasury, financial and/or accounting roles- Ability to balance multiple projects with cross functional teams (Controllers, IT, Legal, Tax)- Fluent English language- Experience in global liquidity management- Experience in the use of different types of liquidity management tools - Global multi-currency systems (notional or not, a plus)- Experience in International Treasury operations, and or cash forecasting techniques- Direct experience with treasury processes, banking, and financial systems is helpful- Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, while maintaining customer focus- Strong PC skills including advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- Detail oriented with attention to quality / accuracy**Responsibilities**:- Manages the group cash management systems globally, determine net Global net and regional position and recommend cash optimizations alternatives to the Director, Global cash Management and Operations- Manages the cash forecasting activities and take a leading role in the development and enhancement of existing modeling tools and techniques- Manages Carrier Domestic letters of credit portfolio and program- Develop and manage the effort to standardize the existing processes and trade instrument templates- Implement and manage the banking connectivity program to replace existing e banking platforms and domains with a single cloud based solution.- Manages and maintain the documentation required by the different programs and systems it is responsible for- Supports proactively a customer (both internal & external) focused organization- Supports Carrier Treasury initiatives, as required- Support continuous improvement to Treasury processes and systems**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
