If you’d like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantHow You Will Make a DifferenceLas responsabilidades principales del I2C Sr. Specialist es: Asegurar que el equipo a cargo realicé la cobranza oportuna de los clientes asignados, asegurar que los pagos sean aplicados correctamente, revisar registro de retenciones y otras deducciones fiscales de acuerdo con el país que gestionen, dentro de los periodos establecidos. Realizar las conciliaciones de las cuentas por cobrar de los clientes asignados mensualmente obteniendo la aceptación del cliente de manera digital o por escrito, así como validar el cuadre contable de cada una.Accounting includes work across multiple areas of accounting including:- Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.)- Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)- Accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.) In some organizationsAccounting work may also include:- Cost accounting/budgeting (allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation, etc.)- Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Credit & CollectionsWhat We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Bachelor’s degree.- Experience in years: 5 years of experience- Advanced knowledge of SAP- Advanced knowledge of Excel- Intermediate English.
