DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- Performing weekly and monthly analysis of financial results ensuring that our financial statements reflect the reality of our business;- Delivering weekly reports to understand and monitor our business performance;- Doing detailed analysis of expenses identifying efficiencies to improve results;- Handling main operational metrics analysis to design and implement efficiencies in finance processes.Role Qualifications:- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, data science, or a related field.- Experience: Relevant coursework or internships in business intelligence, finance, tech, or similar high-performance environments.- Skills: Proficiency in Excel; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; data-driven decision-making.- Work Style: Adaptable and proactive, thriving in ambiguous environments; hands-on approach to experimenting and executing projects.- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
