As a MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES COORDINATOR, you will perform engineering duties such as the planning of manufacturing, and the installation, operation, and maintenance of different areas of the company in order to provide work leadership and training to lower level professional and technical staff**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinate the budget of the sites under your responsibility.- Maintain the facilities in charge in optimal conditions for use (cleaning, fumigation, gardening, non-hazardous waste collection, parking lots, meeting rooms, water supply, basic maintenance).- Implement actions and projects focused on operational improvement.- Be responsible for project management in production plants, distribution centers, corporate offices, show rooms, training centers.- Keep updated the annual programs for the execution of service activities.- Follow up the management processes of the area in the ISO 9000 quality management system.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering.- +3 years of proven experience in administration of general services and knowledge of civil protection regulations, document archive safeguard processes.- Desirable English basic level to develop internally.- Desirable intermediate level of Microsoft Office Package.
