Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus .

Reporting to the Program Management Manager , the Sr Program Manager role involves guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services while overseeing the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Provide help, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of product development timelines, delivery, quality, and required business metrics.
  • Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing programs, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, controlling different accounts of various complexities.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
  • Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
  • Support production sites for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in Spanish & English.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration or program management is desirable.
  • Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory.
  • Experience in metals, mechanical, or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Experience and leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • P&L analysis experience.
  • Experience in high mix projects.
  • Organized, responsible, analytical, and disciplined.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes (capabilities, rate, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial aspects (quotes, charges) is a plus.
  • Experience with OTD, yields, CTBs, and plan attainment.
  • Experience in NPI is a plus.
