Tax Manager needed in El Salto, Mexico to join a multi-national corporation accounting department. As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing tax plans to improve the cash flow and the net income. You will also be responsible for all the tax Transfer Price matters. You will be reporting to the Country Controller.**THE SKILLS SET NEEDED**- Minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible Tax assignments, Multinational experience, Big 4 experience a plus.- An undergraduate degree in accounting is required with a concentration in tax desired.- Knowledge of Tax, SEC rules & regulations, MX tax rules, international tax rules and practices. Strong research skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.**PREFERRED SKILLS SET**- An advanced degree (i.e. M.B.A, Master of Tax, other advanced degree), or certification (i.e. CPA, JD, LLM etc.) are each desirable.- Experienced in managing projects for the organization as evidenced by advancement and success of projects.- Consulting skills, including the ability to draw on the ideas of key team members and convert them into meaningful strategies and plans.
