The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for contributing to achievement of hiring goals with an emphasis on filling positions on a timely basis with quality hires.Academic requirements:- Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience requirements:- Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisitionRequired soft skills:- Bi-lingual/Bi-Cultural (English/Spanish) required- Success Factors (ATS) experience highly preferred.
