Director of Financial Operations

PURPOSEReporting to the Vice President of Financial Operations, the Director of Financial Operations SSC/MEX is a critical and highly visible role within WWEX Group that will lead and be responsible for the seamless integration, coordination, and oversight of critical accounting and financial functions at our Financial Operations Shared Service Center in Monterrey MX.This position requires strong operational knowledge, keenly focused on developing efficiencies and providing expertise that will help to position WWEX Group for scalability and growth. The Director of Financial Operations SSC/MX will cultivate and maintain a leadership structure and culture that creates an environment conducive to recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining the highest quality talent to support the team and the organization. Reporting to this role will be 3 managers overseeing a team of 60+ associates supporting Financial Operations.- in-class accounting and finance organization. This includes excellent leadership capabilities, proven business partnering and outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences both in and outside of finance.
