Hubbell is committed to continually innovating solutions that work, transforming old products with new ideas, and ensuring that we Energize, Enlighten and Empower the communities that support us.**Position Overview**:- The LMS Specialist is a key member of the Hubbell University Learning & Development team. This role will assist in managing the enterprise-wide learning management system and will have day-to-day responsibilities for trouble shooting user issues, maintaining accurate records, entries, and reporting, and work to enhance the employee experience with the myHubb Learning module.**A Day In The Life**:- Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:_- Process submissions of rosters, ensuring all formatting and data are correct. Serve as the lead for Mexico related learning record submissions and address all governmental reporting needs- Support ticketing responses for LMS-related issues. Analyze trends, make recommendations, and present data on usage and problem resolution to management. Deliver regular reporting to key stakeholders.- Make process recommendations and improvement suggestions for the Learning system module and other Hubbell University processes based on your analysis of common issues.- Work with internal customers on course submissions, partnering with Hubbell University Learning & Development team members to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience with learning programs.- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using standard system tools as well as PowerBI. Highlight conclusions that can be drawn or inferred from report data.- Coordinate learning pre-work, post-work, and communications to participants in Hubbell University Learning & Development programs as well as their managers.- Partner with the LMS administrator on implementation projects for new LMS features and other learning and development technologies including requirements assessment, testing, documentation, and implementation communication.- Support the Learning Team with development and delivery projects as needed.**What will help you thrive in this role?**:- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Management, or Information Technology- You’ll have a minimum of 3-6 years HR systems experience; experience with Learning Management systems (preferably SuccessFactors) is important for this role and strongly preferred.- You can show proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively all while working independently- You have a results orientation with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Advanced capabilities with Excel including data analysis, pivot tables, charting, and complex formulas is essential.- Process improvement and data analytical skills are required.- A deep commitment to working in a team environment and collaborating with partners within the Hubbell University Learning & Development team, the broader HR department, and across the organization.- Excellent communications skills and bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.
