CarbonWave is seeking a dynamic **Sales and Marketing Manager** to drive demand generation and sales for our revolutionary Sarga Agrisciences products. This role is perfect for an experienced agricultural sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving revenue growth.**Key Responsibilities****Sales**:- Drive sales strategies to onboard distributors, formulators, and stakeholders.- Track sales activities, KPIs, and productivity through HubSpot CRM.- Support sales meetings, provide technical/non-technical guidance, and resolve distributor disputes.- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product performance and market positioning.**Marketing**:- Develop and manage innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Mexican market.- Address the needs of T1, T2, T3 distributors, formulators, and white-label clients.- Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective campaign execution.**Compliance & Registration**:- Manage regulatory approvals and processes (COFEPRIS, IMPI, etc.).- Ensure sales teams comply with legal and product standards.**Additional Tasks**:- Engage with senior leadership to develop strategies for revenue growth.- Visit clients to understand challenges and propose tailored solutions.- Regularly update CRM systems and provide insightful reports to the leadership team.**Key Competencies**- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Spanish.- **Agricultural Expertise**: Deep understanding of Mexico’s agricultural market and crop types.- **Leadership**: A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and hold team members accountable.- Excellent organizational skills**Offer Details**- **Base Salary**: $80,000 MXN Gross Monthly- **Commissions**:- **Equity Incentives**: Performance-based ownership opportunities.- **Reimbursement**: Work-related expenses and personal vehicle use.**Deliverables**- Close sales efficiently and grow the client base by 10+ leads monthly.- Develop and execute a robust Mexican crop strategy.- Showcase measurable results within six months, demonstrating your commitment to building CarbonWave as a global leader.**Join Us**At CarbonWave, we’re dedicated to revolutionizing agriculture with innovative, sustainable solutions.
