If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving problems, this is the role for you.**How You’ll Make an Impact**- Act as the primary interface between engineering and production teams.- Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, BOMs, and design intent.- Provide hands-on technical support to shop floor personnel.- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues.- Collaborate with engineering to clarify and optimize design specifications.- Document technical support activities and ensure feedback loops with engineering.- Lead training sessions on interpreting engineering documents and best practices.- Promote design standardization and manufacturability principles.- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.**Your Background**- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.- Strong understanding of transformer design and manufacturing processes.- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and BOMs.- Skilled in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.- Familiarity with CAD and ERP systems.**More About Us**- At Hitachi Energy, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.- We offer opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Be part of a global team driving sustainable energy solutions.
