The combination of our local knowledge with the global experience of Arcadis IBI Group helps us deliver the best results to our clients in the region.We are searching for a professional Graphic Designer to service internal clients within our Mexico City office and provide technical support and services to the Resiliency, Mobility, Places and Infrastructure sectors. The Graphic designer will work with senior leadership and staff with BD efforts, internal and external communications and projects in developing social media activity, bids, capability documents, structure proposals, sales documents, case studies, infographics and presentations.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Content coordination, preparation and production for social media and internal communications- Written assignments, including the development of internal stories, web content related to news coverage and events, social media, and other content as required- Media monitoring: researching and scanning daily news outlets and social media for coverage of Arcadis IBI Group and / or industry-related topics - capturing and archiving digital media coverage- Media list preparation and updates - creating, updating and maintaining media lists- Logistical tasks related to internal or external events- Support communications team with day-to-day tasks and assignments- Supporting the design of social media, direct marketing, and advertising assets- Desktop-publishing for bids, capability documents, bespoke sales documents, case studies and MS Powerpoint presentations- Supporting the development of bespoke infographics / vector graphics to support sales- Graphic support to Project Teams as required including reports, presentation boards, portfolios etc- Scanning, image manipulation, adding colour / shading to architectural drawings- Supporting the preparation of proposals and bids- Administrative duties as required**Qualifications**:**Skills and Qualifications**:- A related design-based Degree level education- Graphic design or communications / marketing experience within a related specialism within an in-house corporate environment- Strong social / digital media acumen and interest- Strong written and verbal communications skills- Ability to work independently and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign an asset.- Experience in business development and marketing - proposal preparation for consulting and / or infrastructure companies an asset- English Proficiency is a must.Additional InformationArcadis IBI Group provides a competitive benefits package and pay association dues and licensing fees.LI-PL1
