Descripción y detalle de las actividadesEnsure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole; assuring the compliance of personnel policies & procedures to create a good labor environment.**Responsibilities**:- Partnering with supervisors to engage employees.- Coordinating new employee onboarding process with recruitment & training.- Managing employee relations: taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.- Administrating employee services (cafeteria, transportation, benefits).- Coordinating engagement programs, events, and activities.- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. - Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies.- Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics (turnover, attendance).- Creating and implementing policies, procedures and/or programs to meet the legal regulations and to offer employee a safe environment.- Implementing HR projects.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor´s degree- 3-5 years Human Resource experience- Strong knowledge in Labor relationships.- Excellent customer service skills.- Strong communication skills- Proactive nature.- Problem solving and attention to details.- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws- Business English (plus)Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- fondo de ahorro**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
