**Title: NOKIA SDM/HLR Expert (NTHLR, HSS, ONE EIR, ONE NDS, ONEHLR, DXA, DXHLRe)****Reports To: PROJECT MANAGER****Working Hours: 40 HOURS in normal conditions****Work Location: Mexico City****Status: Must be authorized to work in Mexico****Special Requirement: Nokia SDM (Subscriber Data Management) expertise****Objective/Description**:- As a SDM expert, you will have to manage large HLR migrations and network Swaps in SDM domains including HLR, HSS, ONE-NDS, MNP, AAA, PGW.- Should have at least 5 years of experience working with:- Nokia Core Network,- Unix/Solaris systems/Scripting Directory Protocols (X.500, LDAP).- Load balancers- Have expertise in Nokia 2G/3G/4G core networks.- Knowledge in Network protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, MAP, TCP/IP, SPML, XML, HTTP).- Manages assignment independently.- Defines and manages detailed architectural requirements for solution during delivery phase for large scale or high complexity projects. Works with senior technology leads and solution consultants internally and at partners to design solutions based on customer requirements. close interaction with customer and ownership for end to end delivery of projects.**Primary Functions**:- Manages and support (as L2/L3) the day-to-day operations of Nokia SDM (Subscriber Data Management | Nokia Networks) to ensure good performance and act accordingly in case it is degraded.- Coordinates synergy between other Network Core Areas working on the project to meet customer's escalations and concerns.- Engages with the customer by providing regular reports and updates on ongoing issues related cases.- Handles customer complaints directly and through team effort and ensures resolution is achieved according to set SLA guidelines.**Requirements and Qualification**At least 5 years of experience- Technical expertise on NSN SDM Products (NTHLR, HSS, ONE EIR, ONE NDS,ONEHLR, DXA, DXHLRe)- Understanding of 2G/3G/4G network- Understanding of IP Network (Certificate is a plus)- Unix/Solaris Operating OS (Sun, Linux)- NDS Database- LDAP- Essentially a Good Team Player- Excellent in Networking/Communication- Strong experience and understanding of SDM Products ( One-NDS, NT-HLR, Cloud HSS, UDM, SDL )- Expert Knowledge of telecom principles including deep knowledge with SS7,Diameter, TCP/UDP, M3UA, SOAP, HTTP, LDAP, RTP other 3GPP protocols and technologies used in Nokia Converged Core Products.- Working knowledge of Nokia Networks One NDS/SDL, HSS ,NT-HLR, integration or System Verification, Install and Upgrade for more than 5 years.- Strong engineering skills bringing innovative ideas towards the problem solving.- Experience in Emergency Support activities and recovery of system.Industry: Telecom / ISP**Other Duties**: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
