Senior Product Manager Are you passionate about creating customer delight and innovating? As a seasoned product manager, you will drive product growth in the Vehicle Repairs pillar, partnering with peers and stakeholders to deliver significant value while Solera undergoes rapid transformation. The Role We are looking for a product manager to steer our product growth and innovation as Solera evolves. You’ll define and deliver significant growth in the Vehicle Repairs pillar, collaborating with talented peers and stakeholders to bring huge value to our customers. What You’ll Do Craft, define and lead product management strategies and efforts for our growing portfolio including product lifecycle priorities, EPIC-level Agile planning, market analysis, and enablement. Continuously discover, hypothesize, test, and iterate on product solutions that solve customer problems, relentlessly pursuing product/market fit. Synthesize Solera’s strategic and competitive position across all 4 pillars, collaborating with business teams to use synergy in products and customer segments. Execute strong financial, profitability, ROI, and customer value results – from business case to delivery, ensuring commercial success. Lead the execution of product initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from defining use cases to planning and delivery, collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders. Track industry trends, technology enablers, and explore opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Track and analyze product performance metrics using analytics and drive data-based decisions. Partner with Product Marketing to equip sales and internal teams with compelling enablement, onboarding, and marketing tools to support positioning of existing and new products. Engage on partnership and/or acquisition opportunities that accelerate market positioning. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS solutions industry. Combination of business acumen, customer empathy, and intellectual curiosity to develop innovative technology solutions that delight our customers. Experience with AI productivity tools and high-level development. High agency with a self-starting and persevering mindset. Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude. Well-versed in mobile, web applications, and backend platform development for total solutions. Automotive and vehicle lifecycle experience highly desirable. Mastery of Product Management fundamentals and principles, both strategic and tactical.
