Paystand is venture-backed, having been consistently recognized as one of the top innovators in FinTech, and fastest growing companies in the world.As an Implementation Specialist, your main responsibility is to support the implementation of software for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then configure and customize systems to meet those needs.**Your key responsibilities may include**:- Collaborating with clients to identify their specific business requirements and designing a customized implementation plan.- Providing training and support to clients on how to use Sage Intacct and NetSuite effectively.- Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met and that deliverables are of high quality.- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the software.- Staying up to date with the latest features and enhancements of Sage Intacct and NetSuite.- Communicating project progress and updates to clients and internal teams.**To be successful in this role, you should have**:- A strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.- 4+ Years as a Solutions/Implementation Engineer or similar role- Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct or MS Dynamics ERP implementation or administration.- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, and others.- Strong project management skills.- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.- Very strong customer service orientation.- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.**Benefits**- Time Off: Flexible vacation policy to encourage people to get out and see the world.- Team Fun: Regularly scheduled events, sports, game nights, book clubs.- Learning: Learning & Development opportunities for you to grow your skills and career.- Great team: Working with fun, hardworking, nice people who are committed to making a difference- Food Vouchers- Major Medical Insurance- More yet to come**This is NOT a remote position.** **All roles are on-site only.** **Only English resumes will be considered.**- **No external recruiters please**_
