**Sales Representative**At Scalesource, we are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. We’re proud to support businesses, professionals, and our community.The job of a Sales Representative is personal and collaborative, requiring the following skills:- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of service to potential customers.**Responsibilities**- Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends- Continuously improve through feedback**Requirements and skills**- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative- Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Experience working with Linkedin and other social media platforms- Experience working with Canva- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs- Relationship management skills and openness to feedbackMiscellaneous requirements:- Must have a strong internet connection and appropriate hardware/computer- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.- Must come off friendly when speaking to others/customers and not be shy with commercial customers.Hours:- No hour range required- Work from home/anywhere.Communication: Outstanding English communication and a professional presentation (professional working environment in background, able to present themselves well on Zoom, etc).**Salary**: Salary is based on monthly commissions only, and every commission is given and maintained per closed contract.**Job Type**: Por tiempo indeterminado**Salary**: From $15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have experience working remotely?Experiência:- Ventas: 4 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Professional English (Obligatorio)
