Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing the PMO, key industrial automation projects and Industry 4.0 initiatives.As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects as well as overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) performance.Your primary responsibilities will include:Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm and align project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and strategies to ensure successful project executions.Mitigate risks and address challenges associated with implementing automation in a manufacturing plant. Employ change management methodologies and techniques to facilitate smooth technologies adoption.Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, executives, and vendors, to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.Supervise the PMO activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Implement and refine project management processes and methodologies.Skill and QualificationsPossess strong verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex concepts and project updates.Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.Demonstrate knowledge of industrial automation projects development process and Industry 4.0 concepts.Financial acumen to monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.Experience in guiding cross-functional teams towards project objectives.Knowledge on enablement of data collection and analysis, machine learning algorithms, IoT sensor networks, connectivity protocols and edge computing,Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.Proven experience as a Project Manager min 3 years, preferably with a focus on industrial automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
