We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become throughout the years.**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in change management methodologies and practices, ideally in the context of Salesforce implementations or related CRM systems.Salesforce knowledge and experience, with a good understanding of Salesforce functionalities and capabilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.Project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on user-centric solutions.Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.**Responsibilities**:**Change Management Strategy**: Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities for Salesforce projects to drive user engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.**Stakeholder Engagement**: Identify key stakeholders and establish strong working relationships with them to understand their needs, concerns, and priorities. Provide continuous support and communication throughout the change process.**Impact Assessment**: Collaborate with project teams to assess the impact of Salesforce-related changes on the organization, individuals, processes, and technology.**Communication and Training**: Develop and deliver clear and compelling communications, training materials, and resources to guide users through the change. Tailor communication strategies for different audience segments.**Resistance Management**: Identify potential sources of resistance to change and implement strategies to mitigate resistance effectively.**User Adoption Monitoring**: Track and measure user adoption and feedback post-implementation. Analyze adoption data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.**Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices to continuously enhance change management approaches.**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management plans, activities, and outcomes.**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with project managers, Salesforce consultants, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of change management initiatives.**Change Governance**: Participate in change control meetings and governance processes to evaluate the impact of proposed changes and ensure consistency with the overall change management strategy.The Ksquare Group does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
