Full-Time Customer Onboarding Rep- Flexibility- International team- 100% Remote- Possibility to grow- Rep reports to Inside Sales and Admin Manager**Hedlyner has a goal to inspire more live music shows. Founded by music lovers and event organizers, we know the importance that shows play in providing a financial safety net for musicians, revenue streams for venues and a rewarding experience to the audience.**We make it easy for venues of all types to discover and source the sound that will enhance their customer's experience, while opening up new opportunities for bands at all stages in their careers.Looking for a creative and committed, full-time customer onboarding representative to help track the admin site and execute outreach and follow-ups for registered users. The main objective of this role is to implement strategies that generate transactions.**Responsibilities**:- Support new artists/venues through every aspect of registration and remain available to them as a direct line of technical support for troubleshooting within the app.- Follow the customer onboarding process and develop strategies that generate transactions with active users (venues)- Maintain organized customer files and detailed records of communication and follow-upJob requirements:- Fluent English writer and speaker- Based in Mexico- Creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills- Excellent computer literacy skills- Willingness to work from home and self-manage schedule to reach goals- Must have communication tools (phone and computer)- Must have access to a solid internet connection- A passion for live music is a plus**Salary**: $14,000.00 per month
