The Prod Ctrl Lead Analyst participates is a senior level position responsible for leading efforts that ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to drive efforts to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Finance industry trends- Contribute to the directional strategy of the Finance function, anticipating the impact to daily work and the business- Evaluate and resolve complex issues and select the best action by weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs**Qualifications**:- 6-10 years of relevant experience- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master’s degree preferred**Responsibilities**:- Elaborate Banamex Divestiture P&L commentary linking results with market movements- Reconcile MTD daily P&L figures from product control report to the general ledger and management reports- Clearly document procedures followed- Coordinate with other areas mapping of new products from the daily P&L report to books and records- Coordinate with Technology the projects to connect the different front end systems to S2- Support Product Control Director**Requirements**:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Extensive experience across Product Control and Finance processes- A proven track record of working in teams- A control focused mind-set with strong process improvement capabilities- A proven knowledge in Debt securities, IR, FX Derivatives- For this position it is required to solve problems that require careful analysis, diagnosis and interpretation in order to develop alternative solutions.- 6 to 12 years of experience in Financial Industry**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, finance or economics.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment;- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;- Motivated, organized, and team oriented- Control focused-mindset- Understand balance sheet management concepts- Proficient level of English- ** Full suite, PCI, Solar 2, Front (deseable), Edealer, Back, Oasys, Volcker.**Job Family Group**:Finance- **Job Family**:Product Control- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Accounting Processes and Financial Controls, Assessment, Constructive Debate, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Policy and Regulation, Portfolio Analysis, Product Knowledge, Risk Management.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.-- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
