With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**- Following up targets with the Project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing.- Providing timely project decisions and identifying critical paths in order to establish prioritized actions.- Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring project maturity, internal tasks / work packages within the production team.- Actively identifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes and maintaining a valid status on engineering changes with regards to their effects on the project targets.- Understanding and knowing the product specifications and manufacturing process to the extent that they build a basis for profound decisions for the project manager to manage his project.- Ensure that the P-FMEA is created, and that the assessment of the risks is done properly, and introduction of sustainable improvements is secured**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- More than 5 up to 6 years of experience with similar roles in automotive industry- Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership- Advanced English- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to report effectively to managerial and executive levels**OUR OFFER**- Great career development opportunities.- Working in an international environment.- Granted profit sharing bonus.- Pension plan- Saving fund and saving bank**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alejandra LopezPhone:
