With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**Objective: Responsible for overseeing and executing international projects, consulting on project-related issues, leading project teams, improving project management procedures, managing complex logistics projects, and leading logistics projects that require in-depth knowledge of cross-functional logistics processes.- Taking over project management in logistic projects to create, standardize and harmonize logístical processes, globally, within the Hella Group.- Managing international projects with international and interdisciplinary teams.- Application and continuously improve of project management standards (processes, methods and tools).- Setting and achieving day-to-day objectives that have significant impact on others within the job areas.- Challenging the team and the organization by being vigilant with regards to optimization opportunities in the fields of project profitability and process efficiency.- Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- More than 6 up to 7 years of experience in Logistics project management within Automotive, Retail or Logistics company.- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or similar.- Proven experience managing medium to high budget projects of strategic significance.- Strong knowledge of supply chain and cross-functional logistics processes.- Ability to consult and advise on complex international project issues.- SAP Proficiency.- Advanced English.**OUR OFFER**- Great career development opportunities- Working in an international environment- Granted profit sharing bonus.- Pension plan- Saving fund and saving bankAlejandra Lopez VianaPhone:
