Our platform enables businesses to accept multiple forms of payment, including digital wallets, credit/debit cards, and ACH transactions. We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for motivated professionals to join us in delivering exceptional services.**POSITION: Data Entry Specialist****PRIMARY DUTIES**:- Perform retroactive MATCH inquiries on a weekly basis or when necessary- Management Information System reporting daily and weekly.- Manage and respond timely to monthly data integrity reports for MasterCard, Visa and Discover.- Collect data for prospective merchant accounts in accordance with the Merchant Service’s Policy and Card Brand regulations.- Work on projects as deemed necessary by manager.- We offer a great opportunity to be mentored by industry professionals and grow with us.**REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE**:- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize all tasks appropriately.- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Knowledge of the merchant acquiring industry preferred but not necessary- Prior merchant services a plusJoin us at Netevia and be part of a team that values innovation, excellence and customer satisfaction.
