We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.The Regional IT Innovation and Sustainability Manager (FRM) LATAM supports BRMs/ IT streams, the Regional Business Technology Managers (product groups) and the Business (on local, regional and global level) to identify and set up local and regional Innovation and Sustainability initiatives, while aligning those with the global Innovation pipline and the ESG. S/he will help to deliver increased business value, whilst simplifying the collaboration between Business and IT. S/he represents the Business for IT and IT for the Business around all Innovation and Sustainability related activities.S/he Acts as principal contact between multiple Business Stakeholders (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and IT stakeholders throughout the products' and services' lifecycles.S/he supports the regional and local teams the design and execution of the Employee driven innovation process, and deliver industrialisable products that come through its pipeline with Product Owners, Product Managers and Product Group Managers, leveraging as well as guiding the Innovation managers/Behavioral UX senior specialists in the team for their respective deliverables. S/he will support and/or lead the interactions with Employee Innovation Community and Innovation Managers, Markets Heads and their reports as well as Business Stakeholders the scope definition, risk and success evaluation of initiatives.S/he understands Innovation and Sustainability Business requirements and provides receivers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams starting from the creation of (multi-) functional roadmaps, to deployments, sustain and up to the elimination of functional legacy solutions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Deep understanding of functional Business objectives, processes, governance and challenges in the area of Innovation and Sustainability. Strong relationships with Business key stakeholders is a must.- Formulates and implements an innovation and sustainability strategy for a scope or a brief, consistently with the relevant business and IT strategies and develop with Function counterparts forward view, position papers/videos, briefs, etc. to create awareness and allow decision-making- Maintains same level of relationship within IT. Proactively shares the Business requirements/insights with IT, secures the required IT resources and brings the right people to the table to ensure value creation for both: the Business and IT- Assists in generating demand for innovation and sustainability services in the Region, evangelizing within Nestlé both the proven success of the IT innovation team and the benefits for Nestlé in accordance to the Innovation communications strategy & plan- Leads regular interactions between both organisations to inform and maintain a continuing good relationship and a shared vision- Regularly attends the receivers’ meetings and becomes part of their extended functional team- Makes the link between specific business objectives, activities, initiatives, projects or programs and IT in order to identify, forecast and deliver multi-product group integrated value.- Secures value delivery and sustain and helps to involve the Business in finding rapidly durable solutions for pain points in adopting the products- Works with product managers to ensure the business capabilities and business requirements are met in terms of integration of technical architecture across one or more product groups based on enterprise business strategy.- Steers the integration and adoption of solutions between receiver and product / product group / platform. Ensures the integration between multiple products is driven to generate value for the receive- Builds the Innovation and Sustainability capacity of in-scope leaders through mentoring, coaching and advocating for the innovation and sustainability agenda- Builds the capability of in-scope leaders to evaluate external trends and ideas and envision value technology can bring- Works with the scope business leadership and IT leadership team to create a sense of purpose and urgency for innovation and sustainability, align objectives, and achieves overall results- Supports solving problems through brainstorming or as part of formal decision making inputs on request of the CIO/ Office of the CIO- Mentors leads directly involved in the innovation process and coaches teams to innovation processes and be the advocate and example of innova
