We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.The Automation and Innovation Expert will be working with the BSA Product Owner team to tackle challenges that can be solved using all the automation technologies available in the BSA Product Catalogue and other cutting edge technologies; The Automation and Innovation Expert should be able to quickly pick up on technology and theoretical skills in Automation technologies using the internal and external teams to share the challenges, findings, hypothesis and recommendations to enable new automation solutions across the LATAM Region. The Expert uphold the values of passion for technology, keep focus on the results and methods, and Openness to new ideas.The Automation and Innovation Expert needs to be aware of the marke strategy and the pipeline to be implement with the business, act as integrator with BSA technology experts and the Automation Process Optimizers in LATAM.**Operational effectiveness and efficiency**- Participates in LATAM Automation Community of Practice- Participates in the LATAM Automation Pipeline definition- Well versed with Automation technology (machine learning, IA, OCR, NLP, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Hyperautomation and cutting edge technologies)- Contribute to evolve the LATAM BSA team with new solutions use cases, proof of concept and prototypes exploring Nestlé tools- Learn and become an expert in Nestlé operations and processes knowledge, with a focus on automation methodologies.- Work with cross-functional teams to implement and validate enhanced automation methodologies- Work with Agility and speed to manage multiple projects and various stakeholders sitting across LATAM region- Perform constant benchmarking with external partners.**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, such as ComputerScience, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or similar is an advantage.- 5+ years of development experience including ideally 2-3 in Automation technolgoies: machine learning, IA, OCR, NLP, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Hyperautomation and cutting edge technologies.- Broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.- Experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, testing and release tools.- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
