Responsibilities Leads, Supports and guides the end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within the sports apparel manufacturing domain. Utilize JIRA, or related market tools to manage projects, workflows, track progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, sales, sales operations, customer service, design, production, procurement and finance to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Optimize ERP- NetSuite system configurations to support business processes and reporting needs. Conduct trains the trainer sessions for team members on NP’s, Updated Processes and functionalities relevant to their roles. In alignment to corporate projects, monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project execution. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, ERP, industry technologies updates, and best practices to improve project delivery and system utilization. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish / English) Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations, Finance or equivalent industry experience, Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the sports apparel or related sports products manufacturing industry. Extensive experience using NetSuite ERP, Statistical Excel, Power BI, Tableau (related statistical tools) including module customization and integrations. Strong understanding of order to cash, manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus. Experienced in eCommerce, B2B and omni-channel service environments preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
