Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a NPI Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North CampusReporting to the Director, Program Management the NPI Program Manager role involvesResponsible for leading an NPI team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)- Leader for Large NPI projects.- Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.- Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.- Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.- Lead new products introductions and provide coordination between customer launch teams and receiving CFT for mass production.- Coordinates with the NPI CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)- Coordinates and drives the launch execution phase, aligned to Milestones and FPLC gates requirements, also accountable for CFT activities (Action Log) to be followed for Launch completion on time- Accountable of the correct function of the CFTThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.- Advanced experience in the position- Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)- NPI experience- Microsoft Project- MS Office (Excel, PP)- Experience with CFT- Experience with demanding clients- Customer Service experience- Project Management knowledge- Experience in P&L reports (preferred)- BAAN, SAP, Oracle (preferred)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAU51LI-AU1Job CategoryOperations
