ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Accounts payable - including processing payments on 100 weekly invoices or more, weekly check preparation, yearly 1099, vendor relationship management- Accounts receivable - including collections, billing, aging reports, posting payments, bank deposits- Payroll for employees - maintain and audit time sheets, compute withholding and deductions, benefit accruals, federal and state tax payments and any other financial report filing.- Bank & credit card statement, and account reconciliations- Month-end closure, general ledger entries, trial balance, worksheet, adjusting/close entries- Preparing financial statements including P&L, income, and balance sheetOther Requirements- 3 years’ experience in accounting- Ability to work in fast-paced and paperless environment- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures- MS Office and must be proficient in QuickBooks.
