**Key Responsibilities**:- Review and analyze system specifications to design and develop comprehensive test plans.- Create, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases, ensuring high-quality software deliverables.- Document and report test results, including identifying and logging defects for resolution.- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.- Execute manual testing tasks as required to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy.- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Software Engineering** or a related field (preferred).- **Experience**:- Proven experience as a **QA Engineer** with at least **4 years** in the role.- **2+ years** of hands-on experience with **QA automation frameworks**.- Industry experience in the **banking sector** is highly desirable (**2 years** preferred).- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Proficiency in designing and implementing automated testing scripts.- Experience in manual testing with attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.**Hybrid position based in Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara.
