**We are seeking to recruit an experienced customer service manager having previously worked for loan-lenders, credit providers or debt collection agencies in Mexico.****Key Deliverables**- Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.- Team management of telephone/online based customer advisors, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.- Provide guidance to the potential customers - introducing the loan services we have on offer.- Recruiting and training new agents.**Essential Requirements**- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a manager/leader for a Short-term loan or SOFOM business in Mexico.- Comprehensive understanding of short-term loan solutions- Start-up or scale-up experience.- **Fluent and clear spoken English.****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How soon could you start a new role once offered?**Experience**:- SOFOM: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
