**IT Recruiter (Mid-Level)****Description**:We are looking for a mid-level IT Recruiter to join our team and cover a temporary leave. The initial contract duration will be (3 months), with the possibility of extension or permanency based on performance.**What will you do?**- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from identifying needs to onboarding.- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and necessary qualifications.- Post job openings on various platforms and social media.- Perform background checks and reference checks.- Utilize proactive recruiting techniques to attract top talent.- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices in the IT sector.**Requirements**:- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1-2 years of previous experience in IT recruitment.- Deep understanding of technical profiles and the most in-demand technologies in the IT industry.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks.- Knowledge of online recruiting techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Horary: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.English requirement advancedLocation: Hermosillo, Sonora.
