Description Verily is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Channel Account Manager to scale our Enterprise partnerships. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and expansion of key channel accounts, ensuring that Verily’s products are seamlessly integrated into our partners' portfolios. You will serve as the primary bridge between our partners and our internal product teams, driving revenue through excellence in execution and relationship building. Responsibilities Strategic Account Growth and Retention: Execute growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and develop detailed account roadmaps for long-term partner retention and increased product density. Sales Enablement & Support: Lead sales initiatives and training sessions to equip partner teams to effectively position and sell Verily’s solutions. Operational Excellence: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor account health, identify potential churn, and streamline sales processes for greater efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to resolve partner challenges and ensure the successful delivery of value-based outcomes. Market Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to provide actionable feedback to leadership on market needs. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Experience: 5–8 years of experience in channel, account management, or business development, preferably within the health-tech or life sciences sector. Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the manager and director levels. Problem Solving: A proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and resolve partnership friction points. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s in Public Health (MPH). Technical Familiarity: Prior experience working with AI-driven health platforms, clinical trial software, or population health management tools. Network: An existing network of contacts within major health systems, payers, or large-scale pharmaceutical distributors. Data Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, or similar CRM/Analytics tools to build custom reporting for partners. Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 - $168,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
