As a **Digital UI Designer**, you'll work with our Product and **Marketing Technology teams** to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Your role will be to enhance our brand through a strong focus on **visual design, brand consistency, and high-impact UI** to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.This position requires a designer who is a master of translating marketing goals into beautiful, compelling digital interfaces. You will be expected to design visually-driven assets for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.**Responsibilities**:- **Create visually compelling design patterns** that provide a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all our platforms.- Translate complex marketing requirements into clear and polished visual designs, working closely with marketing leaders and developers.- Lead with empathy for our users and peers.- Communicate designs effectively and professionally to all stakeholders.**Requirements**:- A **strong online portfolio** that clearly demonstrates multiple examples of **marketing-driven web design**, showcasing your ability to create high-quality, polished visual interfaces for campaigns and promotions.- Expertise in **Figma** or other industry-standard design tools.- Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English is essential for successful collaboration with our global teams.- 5+ years of work experience in digital UI design with an emphasis on **marketing and consumer-facing visuals.****About**_arrivia_**We specialize in making brands better through the power of travel.
