If your skills can help save lives, you’ll find a home at Autoliv.**Where you will work**:- Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O'Donnell**What you’ll do**:- Processes previous revisions to timecards/amendments (absence, OT, schedule changes); this responsibility is expected to diminish as leaders/supervisors transition to automated review and approval of OT and time off requests.- Imports any non-recurring deductions (glasses, badges, etc.) to the payroll system; maintains tracking to ensure that deduction does not exceed 30% of minimum income.- Is responsible for gathering recurring deductions (Child Support, Fonacot, Infonavit) and providing to Payroll Coordinators.- Assigns employee to “termination payroll” in TRESS once termination notification (automated) is received via EC notification to shared mailbox.- Prepare severance payment checklist to submit to Payroll Coordinator.- Prepares and manages import and export of WorkForce System file.- What is required:- Bussiness administrator or accounting.- Advanced English skills.- Knowledge in payroll - preference in timecard employee, vacation balances, severance payment calculations.
