The Semi Senior .NET Developer will leverage advanced .NET and C# skills to develop complex applications, optimize performance, and drive technical innovation through strategic integration of APIs and services. Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET applications, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Leading smaller project teams or modules, guiding junior developers and ensuring project timelines and coding standards are met. Conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing best practices and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. Staying updated with advanced .NET features and frameworks, mentoring junior team members in these areas. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions. Playing a key role in project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
