**Overview**:We are a fast-growing cosmetics and skincare contract manufacturer based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our cutting-edge manufacturing, warehousing, and laboratory facilities are central to our success, enabling us to meet and exceed client expectations.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives, specifically targeting the acquisition of large clients in the cosmetics and skincare industry.- Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine the marketing strategy based on company goals and market dynamics, ensuring that all efforts contribute to scaling the business.- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of the marketing team (web design, SEO, lead generation) to create innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and continuously refine marketing tactics to improve performance and maximize client acquisition potential.- Monitor key marketing metrics, ensuring that marketing initiatives consistently exceed expectations and contribute to company profitability and growth.- Establish relationships with key industry players, leveraging networking opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the client base.- Report regularly to the CEO on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies to ensure a constant pipeline of large, high-value clients.Design and implement Google Adwords to reach a large leads prospect clients for the company- Increase the company’s market presence and reputation by collaborating with the CEO to design and execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships with top media channels and influential industry platforms.**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:- Demonstrated 5+ years experience in the relevant field- Ability to lead a team and project management skills- Able to develop and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and attract high-value clients, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team of web designers, SEO specialists, and lead generation experts.- Experience in building brand reputation and market presence through strategic partnerships with media channels, influencers, and industry platforms.- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure key marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and client acquisition.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.- Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and new opportunities to ensure continuous business growth.- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.- A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding company targets and contributing to profitability.Work Location: Remote
