We are a fast-growing remote staffing company specializing in connecting businesses with top-tier technology talent worldwide. As we scale, we are seeking a **Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)** this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned revenue leader to play a critical role in driving the company’s growth. You’ll be at the helm of both sales and marketing strategies, aligning teams and optimizing processes to generate new revenue, increase profitability, and scale the business to new heights. If you have a track record of transforming revenue functions and scaling high-performing sales and marketing teams, we’d love to have you on board**Key Responsibilities**:**Revenue Strategy & Leadership**:- **Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy**, aligning sales and marketing to meet or exceed revenue targets and set budgets for each area.- **Refine the sales process** to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey from lead generation through to closing the sale. Ensure lead nurturing, conversion, and follow-up processes are optimized.- **Drive revenue growth** through a combination of new client acquisition, upselling, and increasing customer retention.- **Forecast revenue growth** based on current and potential pipelines, identifying areas for improvement or expansion.**Sales Leadership & Execution**:- **Oversee the sales team** to ensure efficient lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion strategies that align with company goals.- **Develop and implement sales training** programs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to effectively engage prospects and close deals.- **Refine lead qualification processes** and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.- **Improve the sales funnel** by identifying bottlenecks, developing tactics to address them, and ensuring timely follow-ups with high-potential leads.- **Support the sales team** in closing large deals or strategic partnerships by being actively involved in high-level negotiations and relationship management.**Marketing & Brand Alignment**:- **Work closely with the marketing team** to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with revenue goals, budgets and are optimized for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.- **Enhance PowDevs’ brand presence** by refining messaging, establishing thought leadership, and ensuring a consistent narrative across all marketing channels.- **Track and optimize marketing ROI**, ensuring that marketing spend drives measurable results in terms of leads, opportunities, and sales.**Client Acquisition & Retention**:- **Refine the customer acquisition strategy** to drive new client business while focusing on improving sales processes to accelerate deal cycles.- **Strengthen client relationships** by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, especially in a remote staffing context where long-term engagements are key.- **Develop and track KPIs** related to customer satisfaction, lifetime value, churn, and renewals.**Revenue Operations & Analytics**:- **Establish clear KPIs and sales metrics**, such as revenue growth, pipeline velocity, deal size, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ensure the sales team is aligned with these targets.- **Monitor sales performance** regularly, generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- **Leverage data and analytics** to continuously improve both marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for revenue-generating efforts.- **Collaborate with the leadership team** to provide regular reports on the performance of revenue-generating activities, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:- **Collaborate with other departments** to ensure alignment across all customer-facing functions and maintain a seamless customer experience.- **Work with leadership** to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and contribute to long-term strategic planning.**Required Qualifications**:- English proficiency B2 or above **(**Give detailed presentations, lead team discussions, negotiate contracts, and write comprehensive content).- Proven experience in a **CRO, VP of Sales, or similar senior revenue leadership role in staffing**, technology, or SaaS industry.- **Strong background in both sales and marketing**, with the ability to develop and execute a cohesive revenue strategy that integrates both disciplines.- **Experience scaling a revenue function** within a growing company, with a demonstrated ability to hit ambitious sales and revenue targets.- Expertise in **B2B sales, lead generation, and sales pipeline management**, particularly in a remote or distributed work environment.- **Deep understanding of digital marketing** channels, including content marketing, SEO, paid media, and social media, with the ability to leverage
