Currently, we are seeking for a **Senior** **Infrastructure Operations Engineer**to join one of our clients' projects(USA), focusing on developing solutions to facilitate rapid scalability in solar energy.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Deploy, manage, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and security systems.- Configure and optimize servers, switches, routers, and other network hardware and software.- Monitor system performance and availability to ensure the highest levels of uptime and system reliability.- Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Azure technologies, networking and Microsoft EntraID- Develop and maintain procedures for system backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.- Manage and support virtualization environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.- Work closely with development and support teams to ensure that system changes are implemented correctly.- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate problems as necessary.- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.- Strong experience in deploying and managing Windows and Linux servers.- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.- Experience in implementing and maintaining security systems, such as Palo Alto firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.- Excellent troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**Benefits**- Work From Home - Flexible hours
